Macchina Volante: The Flying Machine

The Huayra BC is the track-focused version of the Pagani Huayra. It features a retuned engine, almost 300 pounds of weight reduction, and aerodynamic revisions to every body panel except the roof. This example was built to honor two of Horacio Pagani’s idols: the name "Macchina Volante" (Flying Machine) is a tribute to the famed Italian Renaissance inventor Leonardo da Vinci, and the car’s interior is upholstered in the same tartan print found in Juan Manuel Fangio's 1955 Mercedes-Benz W196 Formula 1 car.
