2012 ASTON MARTIN ONE-77

The One-77 is largely regarded as Aston Martin’s first modern hypercar. It was produced between 2010 and 2012 in a series of only 77 units and was first revealed in 2009 at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. Constructed on a carbon fiber monocoque with handcrafted aluminum bodywork, its design reflected technological innovations in materials engineering and traditional handcrafted construction. Its engine was one of the fastest non-turbocharged units of the era. The One-77 played a formative role in shaping Aston Martin’s 21st-century identity, serving as a technological bridge to later experimental and hypercar projects such as the Vulcan and Valkyrie.
