About the Event

This engaging half-day class combines interactive classroom instruction with practical, hands-on experience, all guided by our skilled mechanics in a fully equipped shop. Participants will gain valuable insights into basic car maintenance and how vehicles operate. Key topics include essential safety practices, tool identification, troubleshooting common issues, and step-by-step guidance on changing a tire and performing an oil change.

For those eager to share this knowledge with the next generation, the workshop invites participants between ages 15 and 19, offering a unique opportunity for young enthusiasts to delve into the world of automotive care. Guardians may accompany minors but can not participate in the workshop, and are free to explore the museum but may not leave the museum during the workshop. Admission not included with workshop.
