On Saturday, October 5th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the Petersen Automotive Museum invites you to a full afternoon of cars, culture, and community during the Los Angeles Diecast Club Cruise-In and Larry Chen Book Release. This one-of-a-kind event brings together automotive fans of all ages.
Los Angeles Diecast Club will host a cruise-in featuring an incredible lineup of cars—from rare classics to modern favorites. Inside, you’ll discover the Petersen’s world-renowned exhibitions that celebrate the artistry, history, and innovation of the automobile.
The day also marks the debut of a brand-new Kaido House LTDEDN diecast release. Collectors can secure the opportunity to purchase this limited piece through exclusive vouchers available at the event—making the Petersen the place to get your hands on it. Diecast Talk and Rittter Goods will also be launching exclusive products, and a few special Mini GT items will also be for sale.
We’re also thrilled to welcome acclaimed automotive photographer Larry Chen, who will be onsite releasing his latest book. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Larry in person, pick up a signed copy, and celebrate his incredible contributions to the car community. Delicious bites will be available from food vendors on-site, so come hungry and make a day of it. Whether you’re here to add to your collection, see stunning cars, explore the museum, or simply enjoy the energy of Los Angeles car culture, there’s something for everyone.
Special Announcement: TENMIL Diecast Co.™ Debut
A new premium brand is joining the diecast world. TENMIL Diecast Co.™ launches with two highly anticipated 1:64 scale models: the legendary Yellow RUF CTR “Yellowbird” and the rugged Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon 4x4².
Both models will make their official debut at the Los Angeles Diecast Club event at the Petersen Automotive Museum on October 5th. This marks the first opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts to experience TENMIL’s attention to detail and commitment to car culture.

To secure this exclusive release, guests must:
Obtain a Limited Edition Voucher(available with specific ticket types).
Purchase a Qualifying TENMIL Diecast Co.™ product on-site (pricing TBA).
Qualifying diecast products include the TENMIL Diecast Co.™ RUF CTR or TENMIL Diecast Co.™ Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon. Only with both the voucher and an onsite TENMIL purchase will you be eligible to buy the limited edition drop.

VIP, Show Car, and Drop Tickets are each limited to one (1) per person, per household. If you’re attending with friends, each guest must purchase their own ticket so it can be registered under their name and email.
Please note: Orders containing multiples of the same ticket type may be subject to cancellation with a full refund. This policy helps keep the event fair and accessible to everyone, ensuring as many fans as possible have the chance to participate.

Yes — a display vehicle is required for the Show Car and VIP ticket.
After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with instructions to register your vehicle. Please make sure to complete the registration as soon as possible. Failure to register your vehicle may result in the cancellation of your ticket and a full refund. -
No — digital tickets are non-transferable. Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be reused. For your protection, please keep your ticket secure and do not share it with others.

You can purchase one of Larry Chen’s book at the Petersen Merchandise booth at the event. This product is of course, eligible to be signed.
