Start your day with a continental breakfast at 8:00 AM, followed by a warm welcome from NAAM and PAM representatives. The morning continues with engaging activities, including a SONAX demonstration and an exclusive vault tour, with opportunities for unguided exploration of the museum.

After lunch at 11:45 AM, dive into insightful sessions:

• Session 1 (1:00 PM) - Outside the Gearbox: Explore innovative ways to attract new audiences through collaborative and authentic interpretation.

• Session 2 (2:15 PM) - Balancing Conservation & Restoration: Discover strategies for balancing conservation and restoration in automotive artifact care.

• Session 3 (3:30 PM) - Introduction to Special Collections and Archives Care: Learn best practices for managing special collections and archives.

Wrap up the day by boarding shuttles to select hotels at 4:45 PM. Enjoy a free evening to explore local dining options on your own.

At 9:00 AM, board the shuttles for an exciting field trip to explore remarkable collections in the area. Enjoy lunch at a unique and special location we’re thrilled to reveal. Afterward, continue the adventure with an additional field trip tour.

At 4:45 PM, complimentary shuttles will return you to your hotel.

• 11:45 AM: Attend a session on education in museums, tour the Library & Archives, or participate in a photography demonstration.

Enjoy lunch at 12:30 PM, which includes the NAAM Annual Meeting.

• 1:30 PM: Discover strategies for branding, social media, and enhancing guest experiences, or opt for a Library & Archives tour.

• 2:30 PM: Dive into practical preservation insights with Why Didn’t I Take Care of That?

• 3:15 PM: Join an open discussion led by our very own, Chief Historian - Leslie Kendall.

At 4:00 PM, board shuttles back to the hotels. Later, at 5:30 PM, shuttles will take you to PAM for a memorable evening featuring a reception, the NAAMY Awards presentation, and a farewell dinner. Return shuttles to hotels will be available afterward.

Start your day at 8:00 AM with a delicious bagel breakfast. Conference attendees are also invited to enjoy the Ken Block Cruise-In — simply present your conference badge for access.

At 9:00 AM, board the coach for an exciting museums and exclusive collections tours within Orange County

Wrap up the day's adventure by boarding shuttles back to the museum and select hotels.
