Spanning the early to mid-20th century, the Mullin Collection documented an era of profound technological transformation that saw the emergence of the first airplanes, radio broadcasts, and motion pictures. Much like the fine artists with whom they were contemporary, automotive pioneers interpreted this rapidly changing world. These vehicles were generously donated to the Petersen by the Peter W. Mullin Family Charitable Foundation, preserving the legacy of the Mullin Automotive Museum collection.
