NEXT STOP… NEW YORK!

Our CF200 trip will begin on Friday, November 20th. We’ll meet in the evening for a memorable welcome reception…we’ll spend time getting to know each other’s stories and kick the trip off with some great food and drink in the heart of New York City.

Over the weekend, we’ll travel in style to the first of four remarkable private collections in the Greenwich and Jersey areas. Expect an up-close, personal experience with truly significant private collections, each one offering its own unique character and surprises, paired with a fantastic hosted lunch.

I recommend arriving a day or two early to take in the excitement of Rétromobile New York! This is an incredible gathering of some of the finest automobiles in the world, and the perfect way to kick off what promises to be an unforgettable trip. Our friends at Rétromobile have generously extended an exclusive invitation to CF200 Members to an invite-only preview night on Wednesday, November 18th. Plus, complimentary admission and fast-lane access to the show on Thursday, November 19th.

Members are invited to an elegant welcome reception to kick-off the CF200 trip. This is your chance to unwind, connect with your fellow members, and set the tone for our two extraordinary tour days ahead.

Luxury motorcoaches will transport Members from designated pick-up/drop-off locations to some of these most amazing private collections in the greater NYC area. Each tour day will take us across state lines and include a fabulous private lunch. COLLECTIONS TO BE ANNOUNCED.

We have courtesy room blocks available at two hotels for your convenience: Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West & The Knickerbocker Hotel. Our shuttles will pick-up and drop-off from both of these locations, and the link to book will be provided to all CF200 Away Trip ticket holders. You are welcome to make arrangements elsewhere and meet us at either location for departure!

Away Trip FAQs

Everything you need to know before your trip!

Guests are be responsible for their travel and hotel. Courtesy room blocks will be provided for our recommended hotel(s), which will be our meeting location for transportation. The link to reserve will be shared with ticket holders once our hotel is confirmed. You are of course welcome to stay where you like and commute to a pick-up location to join us on the shuttle. Shuttle schedule will be included with the final itinerary shared with all ticket holders closer to. If you are local and planning to provide your own transportation to and from our collection and hospitality destinations, please connect with us.
We have courtesy room blocks available at two hotels for your convenience: Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West 444 10th Ave, New York, NY 10001 The Knickerbocker 6 Times Square, New York, New York 10036 The Four Points is a short walk or subway ride to Javits Center, where Rétromobile takes place. The Knickerbocker is where our Welcome Reception will be held on Friday night. Our shuttles will pick-up and drop-off from both of these locations. Choose whichever you like best, or which best fits your itinerary! Links to book for each will be shared with all ticket holders. You are also welcome to stay where you like and commute to a pick-up location to join us on the shuttle. Shuttle schedule will be included with the final itinerary shared with all ticket holders closer to. If you are local and planning to provide your own transportation to and from our collection and hospitality destinations, please connect with us.
As travel and accommodations are not included, there is no discount available for locals. Transportation, hospitality, staffing, and experience costs inform the price. If you are interested in taking your own transportation, please connect with us! Not able to join for the whole trip? Special access to Rétromobile New York from 11/18-11/19 is included in this experience as an option for those in town early for the show, and is optional for those with CF200 NY Away Trip tickets. Our friends at Rétromobile New York have extended this access for CF200 Members complimentary, and it does not add to the Individual Ticket price nor reduce it if you are not planning to take advantage of this perk.
We plan to visit (4) private collections Saturday & Sunday in CT & NJ. As always, this will include the BEST of the best (think Paul Gould...Lawrence Auriana...). Collections will be announced once all are confirmed and the final itinerary will be shared with ticket holders closer to the trip. We will not be sharing addresses for private homes and collections. Luxury transportation to all locations is included in the ticket price. However, you are welcome to drive yourself if you prefer to! Please connect with us regarding your transportation needs. Some locations we visit may have limited parking and addresses will only be shared as needed.
Petersen events and experience tickets are non-refundable. Tickets purchased for this event may be transferred to another Guest, applied to an event within the same calendar year, or converted into a fully tax-deductible Donation.
