Holy Sidecar, Batman!

The 1966 feature film Batman was produced to take advantage of the excitement generated by the then-popular TV series. The movie made use of all of the props and devices that made the TV series memorable, with one notable addition: the Batcycle. Created by Richard Korkes of Korky’s Kustom Studios, the Batcycle featured many of the Batmobile’s styling elements, such as electronic gadgets, flashing lights and bat-like wings.
