1922 Chevrolet Series 490 Coupe

Available in two series, the inexpensive and reliable Chevrolet was a popular alternative to the Ford Model T during the early 1920s. It was sleeker in appearance than the Model T and offered an overhead valve four-cylinder engine, conventional transmission and standard self-starter that also made them more pleasant to drive. The combined affordability and ease of operation provided Chevrolet buyers with a practical means to freely explore their surroundings.
