December 9 | 11:00am and 1:30pm | Rob and Melani Walton Discovery Center
Following on the success of last year’s C is for Car book, Glenn Oyoung and Scott Park have returned with P is for Petersen, a vehicular alphabet book that visually guides children to explore the different styles and uses of cars from A to Z. Glenn will be reading the book. Afterward, families will have the opportunity to buy the book and have it signed by the author.
Glenn Oyoung is the founder of turn3 Creative, a design and merchandising firm that works with clients and licencors, including the Petersen Automotive Museum. Glenn’s love of cars, like many gearheads, dates back to his childhood when he could be found either playing with Hot Wheels or drawing cars. He co-wrote P is for Petersen along with his friend, Scott Park, to ensure that his two daughters would grow up to learn the joys of cars.
Access to the event is free with paid museum admission.
